Vision Fund International is the not for profit microfinance arm of World Vision, a child-focused global development, relief and advocacy organisation. Employing in excess of 7,000 staff in more than 100 countries, VFI aims to improve the lives of children in the developing world by offering small loans and other financial services to families living in poverty.
Charged with designing a compelling annual review and strategy report appropriate for international staff, lenders and donors, the mailer had to be durable, portable, and accessible, whilst demonstrating modesty and restraint in keeping with financial austerity.
Our solution was a simple, rigid cardboard envelope which contained two perfect-bound reports. The finished package was suitable for postage and for transportation around the world by delegates in their restricted luggage space.
